Calhoun County Annual Homeless Report 2017

View / Download

Report Clarifications:
The ‘Literally Homeless Count' includes individuals and families who were living on the streets, in emergency shelters, or transitional housing at the time they were captured in HMIS.
The Overall Homeless Count includes both the ‘Literally Homeless’ and ‘Category 2 Homeless’ (i.e. those living with friends or family due to a housing crisis and facing immediate eviction with no other resources).

PSH Filter
The count report includes a filter which only pulls in new clients entering PSH during the reporting period, it filters out all other PSH clients as they are no longer considered homeless.

Sum of Rows Greater Than Unduplicated Count
The sum on the ‘Count by County’ tab will almost always be greater than the number of overall unduplicated clients. This is due to the fact that clients may fall into more than one category during a reporting period (e.g. a client may initially present for services as part of a family and later return for services as a ‘single’ individual.
